Steve George from the CIPD will lead this very hands on event bringing Continuous Professional Development to life enabling you to thrive in such challenging though rewarding times. Steve will take you through the tools provided by the CIPD to support you in keeping your skills up to date and to develop across your career.

You will have the opportunity to identify your own strengths and development areas against the Profession Map, to explore the CIPD resources available to support and build capability (many of them free to Members) and to look at the opportunities to upgrade your CIPD membership level through Experience Assessment too.


About the speaker

Steve George Chartered MCIPD, FRSA, GMBPsS

Steve is Head of Learning at CIPD having spent much of his prior career as a Consultant working on Learning projects for some of the world's leading brands. He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and co-authored the book 'Adjacent Learning' published in February 2023.
