CIPD and stc Group forge strategic partnership to elevate HR capabilities in Saudi Arabia

The CIPD is proud to announce a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with stc Group, who provide a wide range of mobile, data, telecommunication and digital entertainment services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, across the Middle East and Europe.
 
The MOU formalises the two organisations’ ongoing collaboration to enhance training and development for teams across the stc Group. The CIPD will be supporting the company with CIPD qualifications, capability assessments, membership and consulting services, amongst other valuable resources. The stc Group will also be supporting the CIPD with joint research and regional insights.

Through this partnership, the CIPD will help stc Group to align its HR framework with the CIPD’s Profession Map – the international benchmark for the people profession. This strategic alignment will empower stc to meet and exceed global professional standards in human resources. 

The CIPD and stc are committed to actively participating in HR, leadership and people development events at a local, regional and global level. Employees from both organisations can engage in these events, facilitating knowledge exchange and professional development with mutual approval. This collaboration also includes sharing the most recent HR research and practice guidance. They’ll also work together on dedicated research projects and thought leadership initiatives centred on Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region, aligned with the values of Saudi Vision 2030.
