ParentWorks is for employers who want to make their organisations more inclusive for parents returning to work ('parent returners'), and also for parent returners to help with their return to the workplace.
Parent returners are people who have had a career break to care for their children and are looking to get back into the workplace. These experienced, returning employees can add a huge amount of value to a business.
Our Parent Returner Programme , funded by the Government Equalities Office, focused on how to best support parent returners. With ParentWorks, we're sharing what we have learnt through the Parent Returner Programme, and will continue to provide help and support on this information hub.
