Stuart Dunlop joined us in October 2022, he brings over 30 years of international corporate commercial experience working in the UK, Europe, Africa and – for the last 20 years – the Middle East. He leads our vision to champion better work and working lives across the MENA region, working with the public sector, private sector, partners and importantly our members to achieve this. 

Leoron Institute

To meet the growing demand as GCC countries accelerate their plans to diversify and equip people professionals, we partner with Leoron Institute to market, sell and deliver our learning programmes across the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The institute delivers live virtual, self-directed and in-person programmes on our behalf.

Human Network International

We partner with Human Network International (HNI) to deliver customised CIPD learning solutions to organisations in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia. HNI also delivers CIPD short courses on local labour laws, organisation design, talent management and workforce wellbeing.

Our Middle East Advisory Committee

The world of work is evolving rapidly and nowhere more so than here in the Middle East. People professionals are critical to successfully leading organisations through profound change in the workplace and the workforce. 

In 2023, we established an advisory committee of senior HR and business leaders from across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). They each bring unique skills, backgrounds and expertise and will help to inform and support our vision for better work and working lives in the region.
