The CIPD Community is an online forum which supports CIPD members to connect with peers to solve workplace problems quickly and collaboratively. For almost two decades it’s been a popular place to share knowledge and network.
Joining the CIPD Community online
Members can browse and contribute to discussion threads on a variety of topics including the latest HR issues of the day, employment law, ways of working, people management, professional qualifications, careers and much more.
You’ll need an online account to access the full range of exclusive community groups and forums for CIPD members, you can sign up for one here.
Once logged in, you can update your profile to share a bit more about yourself, send private messages, bookmark posts of interest and receive notifications on relevant content.
Our CIPD Community mobile app allows you catch up on the latest discussions and learn, debate and connect on the go.
This is also where CIPD members can find their digital membership card.

Search ‘CIPD Community’ in the App Store or the Google Play Store and follow the download instructions. Log in to the Community using your CIPD website login.
