- Our learning design and delivery must provide room for pre-thinking, participation, experimentation with critical reflection and reflexive practice.
- Learners should be encouraged to explore things that will make a difference in their context as part of a life-long learning process.
- Learning communities and conversations must be encouraged and facilitated through face-to-face and online networking.
